We like to stay in touch. At TrainTool, you'll receive a dedicated Account Manager and Project Manager who are always available for any questions you might have. Our technical support desk is there for you, your coaches, your participants and anyone else. Backed by a team of communication and IT specialists, we'll proactively contact you about next steps, possible improvements and more.
Well begun is half done. We follow a well-defined process for timely delivery and succesful implementation. From a thorough analysis of the problem to the finalisation of your content, we'll have you up and running within 8 weeks. Just as we'll guide you in rolling out existing programs in other countries as well: we've translated our experiences into a streamlined process that supports you in transferring your successes.
Participation is key. And while self-development might be the most important, it is not necessarily the most urgent or pleasant of your employees’ goals. Change requires hard work and an online training program is easier to ignore than a trainer standing right in front of you. This is why we analyze your employees’ motivation upfront and decide together on the best implementation model for your organization. Next to a continuous flow of insights and reports, a quarterly review is an essential part of our collaboration. Four times a year we'll get together with you to discuss progress, measured improvement and possibilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
